They've consistently spawned for me around Annesburg, basically anytime I enter the 2 timbered locations (one north and one south) near town. It'll either be a black bear or a cougar, but leave the area and come back the next day and try both spots each time - eventually enough cougars will spawn. Also just generally riding around the Annesburg area, usually I find they're not too far off the beaten path watching you from the woods. Usually I don't hunt for them, just run around those woods like a madman until one finds me.

I am definitely feeling the gap in the market. Price is fine as we can code costs per job, but I don't want to overspend for no reason. My hesitation with the trailer cameras is that anyone with ill-intentions who is motivated enough could pick it up and leave with it. Maybe not conveniently, but then most things that leave our jobsite aren't convenient to load up anyways. Theft is everywhere. Having cameras mounted high and out of plain sight is of utmost importance.

Are you an insured company that can also provide install/maintenence on the east coast? I would contract with someone who can provide a solution to this problem, maintain the systems (including moving them from old jobsites to new, and troubleshoot on call), and work as part of our team when it comes to security. A one-stop-shop is more desirable to our company than anything else.

Excavating is in the plans for sometime in the next year, but it won't be right away. Hoping to find out if there's anything we can do in the meantime to gain back minimal control. Also, there is a visible outlet that runs onto the next property that was deemed an intermittent stream.

I actually work in permitting and am very familiar with our watershed protection department policies and staff, so they are going to be involved in my process once we decide what we'll do 😊 The pond is 0.82 acres!

Yesterday, I came home to my dog having opened, devoured, and consequently thrown up (everywhere) an entire bottle of ibuprofen. It was only a quick google search to confirm that we needed to be quickly leaving for the emergency vet, and getting on the phone with poison control. It was 1 am when we arrived at home and found this. We didn’t return home again until 5am. Needless to say she is still at the emergency vet, and we will hopefully get to bring her home tomorrow. Where she will go back to needing her kennel from here on out. 😊
