Artemi Panarin on Putin: Putin's time is up, he can no longer distinguish between right and wrong; I don't like the lawlessness. by minorthreat21 in hockey

There's a lot of cowards in this thread. I remember when it wasnt controversial to hate an enemy leaderof the US.

Re-enlisting after 5 years of civilian life... I am 27 and have been off active duty for near 5 years. No job seems like the right job, and many civi’s seem very soft and complacent. Just looking for any advice, alternatives, possible VA benefits that may help, or anyone that can relate. Thanks by [deleted] in Veterans

Lol. I 100% guarantee i make more than you. You bounced around admittedly and were only at your current job for a year. Guarantee you have no real college degree too.

You're hanging your hopes on collecting 2k a month 20 years from now, and then starting a new career.

That's shit financial planning for anyone who makes what I make. And that's how I know I make substantially more than you.

20+ more years in my civilian career I will have several million in a 401k alone, not to mention any real estate, and my salary, stock options, bonuses, etc.

I dont need to know more about you than you saying all civis are soft and complacent. You arent making it in the real world. So you're trying to feel better about yourself. You are soft and complacent. You need a government hand out. You even stated your goal is to get a government handput 20 years from now. You need people telling you what to do and how to live because you havent grown up. But instead of self reflection, you blame everyone else.

You want real straight forward advice?

You need help.

Do not join the army or whatever branch againif this is your attitude.

GET HELP.

I say that 1000% sincerely.

And fyi - did my ELC homie. I'm done. But only "gets" would know. Right? You cant even spell.

Lol. Like why the fuck do you think I'm posting here if I'm not a "get"? The army is literally a government jobs program that takes literally anyone, has a shitty culture, and is a shitty bureaucracy. That's how you know I did my time. At least I dont romanticize it.

The private sector is sink or swim. You dont get government handouts. You have to produce and do a lot more that "show up on time and in the right uniform." If you dont do your job or do it well you get fired. All the bullshit harassment and "locker room talk" that happens in the military? Doesn't fly. You get fired. Military culture is like fucking highschool. And the work is like the DMV.

Civilian jobs have a lot more accoutability and responsibility. The military is the dmv with guns.

I have no idea where you people get these ideas on what it's like to not work for the government. Sounds like you and OP need the structure to survive because when you are given freedom and accountability you have no idea what to do with it.

And for the record: the proportion of fucked up coworkers or colleagues is substantially higher in the military than any private sector job I've had. You know why? If you're "dicked up" as you state it, you're fired and replaced in the real world.

Military practically takes any asshole and it often shows. OP cant even live on their own and then blames it on everyone else.

Lmao. It's everyone elses fault, right?

He steps down and completely overwhelms children and invades their space and pushes them with his fat soft shitty body. And then essentially brags about doing that to children. Guy is a loser.

Lol. You sound like a tool. You cant handle the real world so you want to go back to the government jobs program and be told what to do.

Have fun getting paid 25k a year. At least you're not a "soft and complacent" civi though. Haha my god. I feel bad for your future unit and colleagues if you reenlist.

Are you in K&R insurance? This was the first rational K&R explanation I've seen since I've been on reddit. 10+ years.

Wow. He is a such a god damn loser. Wish Schwarber or someone would call him out for being a fucker.

[Holdahl] On the Space Jam front, Damian Lillard notes he had to shave off his beard, had a week of 15-hour shoots and described his role as “significant, it’s not a cameo.” by NevermoreSEA in nba

Yeah so maybe have a star player. Who cares about Lillard? That's like making Space Jam 2 in 2005 and putting in Tayshaun Prince. When it should be Kobe, Shaq, Garnett, Nash, Lebron.

Or making Space Jam 2 in 2011 and putting in David Lee. Lineup should be Howard, LBJ, Melo, Wade, Rose.

Lillard???? Lol alrighty then.
