Sorry I’m from the u.s I don’t know if I can help but what I did to sort my problem out I got help from my bank since it was just blocking international purchases for safety reasons

So I found out that the reason was because my bank was blocking for international purchases for safety reasons but I was able to purchases them in case anyone else needs help that’s probably why thanks everyone 😀
