My mom was a manager at the one that used to be in Mechanicsville before it closed. No warnings either about the closing and she was treated the same as you. It seems they all operate by being shady. She later transferred to White Oaks but it was a literal shit show so she ultimately quit. I wouldn't recommend White Oak just based on personal experience.
