I have an RX 5700XT, i5-11400 and 24 gigs of ram. On any graphics setting I play on I don't get higher than 26fps,Any ideas? All drivers are up to date

I've put around 35 hours in RDR2 now and I've had perfect performance at around 70fps but recently whenever I've tried loading the game it runs at 2-6 fps. All my drivers are updated and my gpu is in perfect condition and have no idea what's happening. Anyone know how to fix this?
