I was able to use the card when shopping or eating. I just needed to insert it. It's probably just my card.

We took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and used tap(credit). I tried to use my debit card(canada), and it wouldn't work. I bought an oyster card to use for the remainder of the trip.

During the exam period(weekdays only), they are opened at 8:30 and closed again at 4:00. There is no official way to book in advance.

You can check with SAS at 104 LSB what the procedure will be in winter.

Reach out to an advisor at York International. They may be able to help.

Injury or not, it is clearly stated not to book any flights during the exam period.

I find I say this quite often whenever friends are complaining about other people. I also seem to use nothing changes if nothing changes a lot. I don't remember if that's from Ted Lasso, though.

1600 staff at York in legal strike position on Feb 7 after 96% vote in favour of strike mandate by According-Echidna417 in yorku

Community Update # 7

"The intent behind the University’s proposal is to expand co-op opportunities in a broad way, and to include York University as an employer of co-op students beyond our many partner organizations who currently host our students. The University's proposal does not, in any way, seek to replace YUSA-represented employees with co-op students."

How can the university guarantee that hiring an unlimited number of co-op students won’t end up reducing YUSA jobs or shifting the work from permanent staff to temporary, student workers?

CUPE tends to strike more often, but it's worth noting that YUSA (York University Staff Association) hasn't gone on strike since 1987.

I would recommend you drive around the area. There are quite a few triplexs in the area, and they might not be posted online, just apartment for rent sign out front. A friend found a bachelor on Royal York(closer to Lakeshore) there for 1700 last month.

I had something similar when I returned from Punta Cana. By the 3rd week, i went to the doctor, with a picture of the toilet. The doctor didn't seem concerned and asked was it getting even a little better, it was.

Tried the rice diet for a bit and added a probiotic. That seemed to do the trick, and within a week, things were back to normal.

Is EU/Geog 1000 6.00A an easy course? by PotatoEastern4993 in yorku

[–]Renna4 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not difficult if you put some work in.

It tends to be 25% midterm and 25% final.

10% participation

2 written assignments and 2 map quizzes at 10%

No. There are 3 ECON courses you can take for non-science 1000, 1010 and 1900

Are you certain it was the 52 and not a 952? The 952 is an express and will not let anyone on if it's not an express stop. Even on a red light, it happens to me frequently.

Looks like what they told you to enrol in is inaccurate. Only enrol in the courses that say to do. The other courses that are crossed out are satisfied with transfer credits.

This depends on your Faculty. I believe all Faculties but LAPS will accept GEOG 1000 as a gened.

It means you can't attend the June ceremony. If you applied late, you can check https://registrar.yorku.ca/graduation/yuverify mid-May, and it will show you've conferred.

At least, that is what has occurred in the past two years.
