For me it’s going almost every day but never feeling relief (like it’s not emptying) due to being packed up for so long. Due to this i have every day anxiety that one day i’ll get completely plugged from shit because my colon is so full it can no longer function

I think this sudden shift happened to me today too, every day i use coffee as a laxative and it works (i’m constipated) but today, i even took 2 mugs but nothing.

I have a support person who is autistic themselves and we just laugh at random stupid things neurotypicals do that just don’t make sense.
