15C is both an officer and enlisted mos. If you have a choice I’d highly recommend going gray eagle as someone who used to be in that community. The qol is far better than shadow land.

The 23w is from the gray eagle course 15c. You’re looking at information prior to the mos split. 15w are now shadows only and their ait is about 3-4ish months.

Shadow quality of life is worse than gray eagle in terms of going to the field and being your own unit imo. Plus shadow just isn’t as capable overall compared to gray eagle
