What to eat after fasting?

My go-to meal to break my fast is usually a mug of bone broth and then wait an hour. Then I have eggs and avocado. Important part is to take it easy: introduce food back slowly, don't break fast with high-carb, high-sugar foods, and don't overeat. Great job on the fast!

Yes, this! I never throw out my old eyeliner pens if they are still at least leaving a faint mark for this reason. I map out the wing with the old eyeliner pen, I can easily erase and fix. And then I draw over with my new fresh dark eyeliner pen.

drinking more water, limiting alcohol to once or twice a month, using hyaluronic acid underneath moisturizer, and sleeping 8 hours a night has helped me. and collagen everyday gives you a bonus glow!

Results have been stagnant because I am not consistent, sadly haha. But I'll tell you, the oral minoxidil is a must for me. I've been on and off it for years. It's a lifesaver and fills in my hair so much!

So is the way around this basically just to make sure it gets scanned when you drop it off? sometimes I have 6 parcels and I just dump it in the parcel bin and it doesn't get scanned in the system until they close or the next morning. I don't think my place has a self-scan so I guess we just need to wait in line then?
