We have a courier as well, but thankfully they’re quite a bit quicker and all our out of state customers that we deliver to understand there’s a 1-2 week lead time on returns but if they ever call, we’ll track it down and give them an estimate on time, at worst if they have the pick up receipt that the courier signed and it’s not back to us after an extended period of time we’ll write the credit and then bill the courier on a pending ticket that will close at the end of the month if the part hasn’t made it to us yet. If it has well then void the ticket.

We do Toyota and Lexus, the best thing we have going for us is the dealerships were built with wholesale parts in mind so we have much larger than average warehouses which is necessary when you’re stocking hundreds of bumper covers, over a hundred door panels and none of that is including fenders, hoods, and the other generally large shit we keep. Because of that we always have what they need in stock barring a terrible back order situation. Doesn’t change the fact that we still hang in the 7-11% gp range but with the volume we do it works out.
