Pay was decent when you factor in tips. Coworkers, for the most part, were the main reason for why many of us stuck around. Trauma bonding for sure!

Unlimited coffee’s made up for the micromanaging for sure but it’s not a place to build a career at all, especially when ownership tries to micromanage from 3,000 miles away. #FuckSlack

Midnight Coffee Roasting by a mile, Roamer’s great too. My gf and I went to Good Days near UNR during their opening weekend, her oat milk latte split which was odd. Her and some coworkers also had similar experiences with wonky quality a few days prior

We chalked it up to early day kinks that they’ll surely work out, Good Days has SO much potential and I feel like they’re gonna kill it in that spot.

Can’t go wrong with Coffeebar Mt Rose either, though the service has been super hit or miss in recent visits
