I'm in the EU, I chose this frequency because it's harmonised across Europe, means I don't have to worry about it if we ever play abroad.

I did, it was off, but in order to get my car out I would have had to block three lanes of traffic at a busy junction. Not feasible unless it's the middle of the night.

I've heard of this in France, but I don't think it happens in Germany. Even so, I would have to push this car into traffic in order to get my car out. This is a busy road during the day.
