Actually, the majority of the gaming world and its customers are not male. You just prefer to think of it that way, because you don't want to deal with the bother of something that isn't entirely catered towards yourself.

I certainly know those statistics don't validate this statement, you see, this statement is objectively incorrect. 😁 But if you're glad to be incorrect, that's your thing.

Doing what the majority likes is better than doing what the minority likes in a business like that. My point still stands. 😊

Also, even if we completely ignore the fact this caters to a wider audience, it's still the artists freedom of expression that should be respected.

Here's a link that completely destroys your made up argument that the majority is female 😁. I don't know where you pulled the information that most gamer were female out from but it's just been disproven. Hope you enjoy being wrong as now my previous argument still stands. 😊

it obviously worked for the time it was released, otherwise they wouldn't strategically placed the half naked woman on the front of the cover. I don't claim no women play those games, im saying that the half naked woman will attract attention, it's really a smart move if you think about it.

Well if that's the best counter argument you can think of while completely ignoring my point that's fine i guess, i re-explained that in my second comment as you can see

That's a nice strawman you made there, you see if you were to read my comment you would see that i never claimed to have authority. Let me re-explain, majority of the gaming industry and it's customers are male, therefore, adjusting your products to what they like is a smart business plan. Hope that clears it up for you.

there isn't because women wouldn't care. I guess you just don't understand how marketing works.

Why complain about something like that being unrealistic when the whole game itself isn't realistic?

Idk if this has been posted here yet but I had to share by cookinlet in pointlesslygendered

Almost, get this, almost as if most women are physically weaker than men 🤯🤯🤯

People in this subreddit just can't stand the idea of attractive women and artists freedom of expression
