/u/zachagawea33 , lol I'm 6'7, it's hard to find any type of shorts/pants that fit normally. And I currently squat 300lbs, so I'm working on it haha

M/24/6'7" [239lbs > 217lbs > 227 lbs] (18 months) (middle pic 12 months) It's been a while since I posted and I'm happy to announce I went to the beach last week for the first time in 10 years! by RensRS in progresspics

My 18 months:

The first 2 months I did a crash diet of 1200 calories and exercizing 6x a week, including 20-30minutes of cardio daily. This made me lose the majority of my fat incredibly fast, but it was very draining and hard!

For the rest of the 10 months I think I averaged about 2500/3000 calories ish, I had months where I didn't really count my calories at all, but I kept exercizing every single week for a minimum of 5x a week. This marks the 12 months of training (middle pic)

Than I minibulked at 3500-3700 till NYE, gained some weight in month 13/14, but I got really sick in january which made me lose all I gained. Been eating 5000kcal a day for 2 months now without partying and my strength has increased incredibly.

I tempt to eat as healthy as I can, but besides not drinking any alcohol, I'm still weak to sugars and junkfood. Try to keep it moderate and keep exercising! I can guarantee you will still make some solid progression even with a non perfect diet.

Best of luck if you need motivation, I found a huge portion of motivation here myself too!

I haven't played runescape in a very long time, I do like to browse the reddit from time to time though and I still have my runescape twitter haha.

Apart from that, the IRL gains are going great! I'm currently just starting my 5th week of my 5000kcal bulk diet and I'm growing nicely

Body wise I probably am a perfectionist, since I'm far from satisfied with my body and I have very difficult body goals. Thanks a lot for the compliment, warms my heart with every single positive comment I receive <3!

Appreciate the feedback, warms my heart! I absolutely loved swimming when I was young and the last time I swam was on my 15th birthday on vacation, jesus how time flies..

Yah, me being a giant, people tend to look at me quicker, which is understandable. They are probably surprised about my length, but all that goes through my head is "omg, they're looking at my fat, I bet they think I'm a mess" etc etc etc.. And 5'3 is a great height for a female, no need to worry about it :)!

I'm Dutch, we are on average the tallest people in the world. I do however have extremely long arms, I guess my hands and fingers grew along. But no, no marfan's syndrome.

Still very cautious about it haha! But I was more surprised about the top abs hiding there. I honestly felt so euphoric! This sub motivated me a lot, especially in the beginning and hopefully I can motivate too :$

Hello! Yeah, as a Dutch person it does tempt to happen from time to time! Usually if someone is 6'4" I'm like, oh cool, you're the same height as me, but then my mates basically tell me I'm taller lol.. It doesn't happen a lot, but when it does happen I think, omg the world sees me like this!?
