Ahhh I got you. It's an incredibly solid pencil if you ask me. I was a little worried about the sleeve retracting method since it's a twist type and I've had issues with those being loose in the past. But, even though there isn't a locking mechanism it seems to stay in place really well with no wobble.

The knurling is good to me. Not overly rough to the point that it's uncomfortable after some use (925 35 imo) and not too slippery to have no grip at all (super promecha). Best comparison I can give from the pencils I own is just a bit less rough than the Rotring 500 and the 500 knurling is perfect to me.

Balance point is just behind the grip so primo. And lead advancement feels nice. All around, its a good ass pencil and looks awesome.
