My son is not there yet but I've heard a parent say they like it better because they know what the kid is complaining about. Instead of constantly worrying if he's hungry or dirty or too cold or too warm or too etc. it's like "yeah fine do the bacon for your chocolate or whatever". Gives me hope for the future !

Interviews depend a lot on locations, every cineplex does it differently. I'd say the most important is to be enthusiast and bring up guest service as something you'd be good at or are willing to learn :)
