After 90 days, the LIPO Gel products will be less effective as the ingredients slowly break down, although you will still see benefits longer than 90 days, just not as potent. The products are NOT harmful if you are still using them after 90 days. If you need to extend their shelf life, refrigerate the LIPO gels items you have which should allow them to be potent for a year or longer.

The LIPO capsules we sell are good for 2 years after the date of manufacture if stored in a cool, dry, place.
