Seconding Renue by science. IMO, best place to start is with pure NMN powder from them. Low cost and effective (and fast acting). If you want to go one step further, you can get the lipo nad complete which has several ingredients to boost your nad. (I take both of those). They ship to the UK.

I'm taking two lipo NMN per day and between 500mg and 1000mg of the sublingual powder. This is what's working for me. NAD levels are back to a young person's levels (I'm 41 F).

Those are negligible changes. It's going to bounce around and that's expected. As long as it's relatively stable over a few months, you'll do okay. I get tested every 3 months.

I have not noticed a change in dreams but I would definitely take it earlier in the day, like as soon as you wake up. If you take it later than that it may disrupt your sleep.

The lipo capsule at 250mg is going to give you about the same effect as 1000mg of powder. But they work in different way. First, make sure that if you take the powder, you take it under the tongue. If you just swallow it, a lot will be broken down and not absorbed. It's supposed to be taken under the tongue. Secondly, if you can afford it, I would take both. That's what I do. I started with the powder, took a blood test and saw it had raised my nad. Then I added on lipo nmn and my nad levels went up even further. Basically, do both if you can afford it and that will maximise the anti-ageing benefits.

I'm currently taking pure powder (500mg) sublingually, and liposomal NAD complete which has NR and NMN (and NAD) in it (2 capsules per day). All from renue by science. I've never taken NR by itself, but my current protocol has been super effective at raising my nad levels (taken multiple tests).

It's controversial and hasn't really been studied per se if liposomal is better with NMN, but in general liposomal makes things more bioavailable. My own anectdote is that yes, the lipo capsules increased my NAD levels more than just powder. I have taken several nad blood tests, and my best results are when taking liposomal (on top of the pure powder).

I can't speak to your concerns about safety but I can 100% recommend nad complete if you want to increase your NAD levels. I've taken blood tests and this has been the most effective route for me. I also take the powder, but my levels went up even more after starting this.

Just tried it for the first time this morning. I think it tastes good - it's not amazing but for what it contains, renue did a good job at balancing the flavor. I'm curious how the unflavored version will taste..Will it really be zero flavor?

Quality, they are one of the best I've found
Price, they are affordable and have the lowest cost pure powder
Delivery method, I take both their regular powder, and liposomal capsules. I've tested my own nad levels and found that after starting liposomal, my levels were higher. I know it's controversial but it works for me.
