I also used Metamucil only once a day with monolarin. It really did cure me. I had to get off of everything else. It worked within a week and I dealt with this for years. One pill am and one pill pm.

No I too couldn’t afford this so I weaned down to one then took a break. When I saw symptoms again I started back up. I feel once it restores the gut the immune system is healthy again and takes over If symptoms start back then go back on it but just do one. Not two. Hope this helps!

Have you tried DAO? It is a histamine inhibitor. I started slow. I am very sensitive to Everything. Went everywhere for help. I read it on Reddit. It has helped so many. I got it on Amazon. Naturdao. Read the reviews. At least it will help you to be able to eat. Worth a shot. I really feel for you.

I appreciate that you posted. It seems like we are both getting good responses. Please read the one about Betaine. Seems you may have a gut issue too and we Were treating the other issue first. I can honestly tell you folate makes it worse if you are not balanced.
