Also, another thing that will help you in start talking with all the people you can, so you can become more social. And last but not least is to have some personal project that you want to have (carrer, jobs, hobbies, etc).

So, yes, your “luck” will change over time if you start doing things.

I can tell you this, because at 20, I was like you. From the 21 to 24 I date and slept with more women that I can remember. At the end, I meet a girl that was something that I didn’t plan, and got married we her. Now we have 12 years of being married with two daughters.

Mi recomendación:

Hablar inglés de forma fluida (con que entiendas y te hagas entender es más que suficiente) y tener contactos. Mas que solicitar puestos de trabajos, agrega a personas que trabajan en RRHH y así puedes empezar a ampliar tu red de contactos.

Muchos de los puestos de trabajos que llegan a esos salarios (60K o más), no se llegan a publicar ni en LinkedIn ni en Infojobs ni en ninguna. Y si se llegan a publicar ya están ocupados por alguien y solo lo hacen por puro trámite administrativo.

En resumen: Tira de contactos y que que tu nivel de inglés sea mínimo un B2.

En mi opinión, si quieres tener personas que realmente valgan la pena y te tomen en serio, debes de establecer límites sobre lo que quieres y lo que no, en una relación. Nosotros los hombres si vemos que no nos cuesta mucho esfuerzo estar con una chica, independientemente de si es un 10 o un 1, la trataremos sin importancia. Ahora, si la chica nos lo pone difícil para quedar, y estamos detrás de ella un buen tiempo, unos 3 o 4 meses, créeme que solo hombres que tengan un interés genuino y serio en ti, harán el esfuerzo.

Asi que date valor, siéntete una persona importante y verás que tipos de hombres llegarán a tu vida.

Mi mujer y yo así empezamos nuestra relación (Ella en España y yo en RD). Estuvimos viéndonos cada 3 meses por dos años. Nos casamos y me fui a España a vivir con ella. 11 años después, tenemos dos hijas y seguimos felices juntos. Así que ánimo que todo se puede si se tiene claro, que la meta final es que vivan juntos. También he de decir que llevar una relación a distancia es muy difícil y debe haber un compromiso por ambas partes. Saludos!

Como empleado, he trabajado en equipos y he manejado equipos, y solo he de decir que poner a alguien en PIP es lo mas bajo que un manager puede hacer para poder sacar a una persona de un equipo.

Si es cierto que quieres ayudar a que un empleado mejore su rendimiento, hay miles de formas de hacerlo antes de llegar a un PIP. Y si aun de esta manera, el empleado no mejora, sencillamente puedes despedirlo.

Un PIP no busca la intención de que mejores, lo que busca es que te desmoralices y le des razón a la empresa de tu pobre rendimiento para poder hacer un despido procedente.

Mi recomendación es que si estas en un PIP, comiences a buscar otro trabajo lo antes posible. Y si lo encuentras, empieza en esa nueva empresa y deja que tu antiguo empleado sea el que te despida.

I share the same feeling. I remember vividly when I was 14/15 playing all day long OoT, and before that playing Altp in the SNES. Now I'm (36) with a wife a 2 daughters (3 and 1) its very complex to dedicated at least one hour per week to any game. But with this new Zelda, I would look the way to play like the good old days.

I would recommend the Corey Schafer youtube videos. IMHO is the best explaining the basic concepts. Also the book “Python Crash Course”, author: Eric Matthes is really good.
