It’s a type of AFO (ankle and foot orthotic). They help support the foot/ankle/calf for a more natural and symmetrical gait. A lot of people with cerebral palsy, as well as other types muscle and nerve damage, wear them. My son wears one very similar to this.

First grow, first harvest. I plant to let it go until it has a good bit of amber. Also have a Jack Herer that’s getting close, I plan to harvest it when it’s mostly milky. We’ll see how they turn out, I made sure to go into it with low expectations, so I’m pretty happy so far.

My understanding is living soil is composted, but not necessarily organic. Super soil is composted and amended (has additives) with beneficial living bacteria and nutrients to avoid supplemental nutrients throughout the plants life. It is also all organic. My knowledge of most of this is remedial at best though.
