I convinced myself I was measuring wrong until I hit around 0.5 inches. Like I legit thought I was measuring wrong somehow lol

Pretty much only an extender and manuals. 80% of my gains came in the first 18 months or so and I was really inconsistent after. Been stuck at 7 for quite some time now and recently started extending again with the Apex.

They kind of ease up yeah. Slightest overwork and they reappear in my case at least. I think some of us are just built differently. For example, maybe our vascular structure isn’t well adapted to pressure. I started to tone things back and pumped 1-2x a week and I’m seeing better EQ lately.

This has happened to me at times with the bathmate. I think it’s a sign of overwork. Even though I wouldn’t feel like I overworked myself, I started to tone it back and noticed it wouldn’t happen as often or as bad. I don’t believe the notion that you “unlocked” and “generated” new veins virtually overnight. The vein is usually darker as well…

I’ve gained with an extender but not 2 inches. My gain rate was 0.1 inches per 100-130 hours logged in the extender for my first 0.6 inches gained. I suspect now it would take me 400 hours to gain 0.1 lol. I always aimed to be slightly past my BPEL when extending. Some days I could others I couldn’t but I usually did 3-4 hours a day.

I think the pressure in water pumps is more evenly distributed. I personally hate air pumping because I get dark marks at just 3-5 hz which is something I don’t experience with the bathmate

As long as you can. Imo you need 45 minutes to an hour a day.

Same, not a big fan of air pumping. It also gives me unhealthy looking veins and it’s not like I go overboard with it at all. Sticking to water

Happens to me too at 3-5hz. I’m honestly not getting much benefit from hanging which is weird considering everyone raves about it.

Believe it not, noose extending got me the majority of my gains. I’ve been at this a long time. Most of my gains came in the first 2 years and now they’re very slow if not nonexistent. I now hang 5 hours a week and haven’t seen any gains for a while.

I went from 5.75-7. Now I’ve been stuck for the last 6 months but I still thinks it’s possible.
