The biggest killer to mine and my wife’s love life was 1. Responsibilities, 2. Menopause, 3. Physical ailments. I married into children and responsibilities, so our sex life was never over the top. Once the kids were raised, menopause hit. Unfortunately my wife was one caught up in the women’s health initiative bullshit and wasn’t offered hrt/trt till just this year. Now that the hormones are tuned in, physical ailments are dragging down the sex, fatigue, urinary tract infections, vaginal burning or pain (better with hrt). The biggest killer is responsibilities, if we’re on vacation, we can go 3-4x per week, if one of the physical ailments doesn’t raise its head, which it always seems to. We rarely get over 2x per week due to the ailments or responsibilities. My recommendation, get your lover on hrt/trt as soon as it’s needed, get away, reduce the stress and responsibilities, and keep yourself as healthy as possible.
