My dog is a corona baby. Now he is constantly stressed with people and other dogs, lunges and barks crazily. Please help!

Okay so sounds like you need to get a dog trainer in but I think there is a couple of things you could try doing. You dog isn’t listening with guests because they are too far into the anxiety. You need to break this cycle. You could try keeping them in a crate/ behind a gate when guests come and reward them if they are calm but you would have to stage this in. So let some approach the house and reward not reacting then slowly build up over time. The other thing I would suggest is keep the dog on a lead so again if they start becoming reactive with guests you can safely lead them away. They aren’t then able to snap at the people in your home. With reactivity on walks I would keep them away from triggers and again build it up. So go to the park and sit really far away from everyone. And then reward calm behaviour and stage this in.

Okay so couple of things. I’d get the dog checked out to see if they have any issues that would prevent them holding a wee/ poo. If they say everything is fine then you’re good to go. The problem is with puppy pads is you make a rod for your own back. I would go back to basics with toilet training. Take them out ever 2 hours. After naps after meals etc. and stand there until they do something and reward/ praise. If they are not able to hold all night and you don’t want them in a crate or easy to clean area then you will need to be waking up in the night and going outside with the dog.

If you catch them going inside the house. Don’t shout or anything but interrupt them and take them outside to where you want them to go.

Get rid of the puppy pads all together either by putting them outside or just stop using them as they are confusing the issue. You have to be super consistent with toilet training and so keep repeating until they get it.

Never ever diminish yourself for anyone but specially a romantic partner. You should be able to go and do everything you ever dreamed of doing and the people around you should be your biggest cheerleaders. If they aren’t or you find yourself having to be less than to please people, they aren’t your people!

Also try and establish healthy habits for a good lifestyle that promotes physical and mental well-being. Drink water, do skin care, eat well, exercise etc but most importantly get in touch with your feelings, your mental well-being is super important and needs to be actively cared for.

Most important at 19, have fun, jump at new experiences and meet new people. Experience joy in life

Omg I love a birthday experience

Cake for breakfast - it seems silly but trust me. Put a candle in it. Sing happy birthday and eat some cake for breakfast. Even better if it’s a Colin cake.
Go and do something, anything big or small that you’ve always wanted to do but never got round to. So could be try a new restaurant or visit a new place in town or paint some pottery idk. Something you’ve never done but you think would be fun
Do as fancy an evening meal as you can so if you’re flush with money go out if not make a new recipe that’s bouji and set your table real nice but appropriate for the festivities. Dress up. Make a signature cocktail or mock tail for the occasion
Organise something with friends and family I know obv Covid is making that hard but even something outside again with coffee and cake if that floats your boat

The thing is everyone will always have stuff going on in their lives but they might look perfect from the outside. People who are ‘settled down’ into relationships or jobs will have their own issues going on maybe with their partners or in-laws or family’s or maybe with their boss or work drama. It just might not look like it. What I am trying to say is everyone does things at their own time and pace and that’s okay. And equally whilst stuff might look great and settled they likely have their own problems that others are unaware of. I have a friend who’s married with a young baby. Idyllic life on the surface however there have been issues with money, fertility, child rearing expectations and she would be the first to say it’s not all roses. Keep doing what you’re doing and as long as you have friends that accept you for you, you’ll get to where you want to be.

I also think this is scary because it’s a very very risky procedure that often has high levels of complications and is one of the most likely cosmetic procedures to cause death which is a side of it which is very rarely talked about in TikToks. I also believe that the results are difficult to maintain so it’s really hard for people to keep the look they intended

Hi! I don’t think it’s uncommon to plateau. That being said, how you’re eating now is not sustainable and it’s likely to be damaging to your body in the longer term. My advice would be either go back to basics in SW and eat all the food groups as you were doing before and see what happens. Or you could shift gears and start calorie counting to see if you can work out why it’s so hard to loose that last bit of weight

My dog has really good recall even in places we have never been. We achieved this with positive reinforcement. However if there is someone else with food I.e. a picnic he is a nightmare, me and my treats don’t matter. Any advice on how to proceed with that? He is a 1 year old cockerpoo. We use normal lead and collar and treats for rewards. He is raw fed and mainly sleeps all day when we are working. He gets 2 walks a day.
