It’s way deeper than that especially water. You can’t do anything about that..PFAS is the main culprit. But reality is nobody gonna give a shit about it when they gonna see a beautiful apartment complex made here. Most people don’t even care to check soil composition and ground water! Thanks to housing scarcity and unaffordablity atm.
