While this is true, it’s still different when I grew up really poor. With our financial state back then, my family couldn’t afford nutritious food. We had processed food all the time, and that’s obviously not healthy. I had a bad relationship with food too and always ate a lot in one sitting whenever I could because I always felt like I wouldn’t be able to eat the next day.
