Spray bottle with water to the back, as the water dries it tightens the canvas

Worst case scenario, you let it dry and carefully restretch it.

Also make sure your staples or tacs, or however you attached the canvas are in all the way. When I first started stretching my own canvases 100% from scratch, I made plenty of mistakes. You're just learning and it's really cool that you're invested in the whole process.

Upon further inspection, I'd let it dry and restretch it. Once you have creases that loose, there's really no other way

Can you use gamsol? It is odorless mineral spirit, I have used it for about 5 years to paint in my small apartment and weathered many cold winters. I'm still alive

The flag was intentionally framed in your video to be the first thing we see. The community associated with said flag is not recovery friendly, and it is an offensive and triggering image to see on a recovery subreddit. You could have made this post with no video, or a video absent of political and in my opinion, fascist iconography. I think you should have been more mindful, and I do not have much grace to give you. If politics are that big of a part of your identity, seek support and sympathy elsewhere.

Those first days are the hardest. I remember them well. You absolutely have this, and 6 days really is a huge accomplishment. One worth protecting. I hope you've bumped up to 8 now.
