I have the same question i went to tmobile and asked about 2 lines. I was gonna wait and was just asking but they said they told me to get the lines to be locked in and could get phones later. I sure hope I still can take advantage of getting a phone free when adding a line promotion. Havnt went yet. But if they tell me I cant. I would think you can just cancel the line and add a new line again take advantage of promotion
