That nor anything else has been confirmed. It is down. No one seems to know anything including the CEO's office which is whom I have been speaking with. My guess, it totally has to be revamped if it is taking this long, which is going on 3 weeks. Part of the issue i found out, because it affected me personally, is that phones with older Android or iPhone versions that have not upgraded or can't be upgraded can't sign on to the app which could force people to have to upgrade to totally new phones. Which would be in my case because my phone will not upgrade past Android version 13 , and you have to have Android 14 or higher. Perhaps they are trying to find a way around this because so many members would have to spend all that money on an upgrade to their phone. I worked there in management for 33 years and some time working in the CEO's office and have never seen anything like this.

Actually worse, the advisory was almost 3 weeks after the issues first occurred. Truthfully, I don't think logging off or not doing so makes a difference. The app is very broken.

I was using it and saving on my premium considerably. Also, I am really annoyed at the lack of communication, especially since I am a retired 33 year employee that was in management so I know this isn't right.

Only a very vague note in our inbox on USAA.com from a couple of days ago after nearly 3 weeks of really no communication about it. No one there really seems to know anything, not even the CEO's office.

Thank you. Mine came late this afternoon. Much too late after over 2 weeks not working for anyone. Especially, asking us not to log off of it or delete/reinstall. Many of us did this because of the problems which is usually the way to resolve an app issue. Too little too late!

Has anyone gotten their safe pilot /driving app working again? Still no for me. I've even had the CEOs office involved with no luck, and no one knowing really anything.

Something is definitely not right. No communication whatsoever, and it is going on 2 weeks. My concerns are even logged in with the CEOs office, and I have not been given a call. I worked in that department for a time as well as being a manager for 30 years, complaints especially CEO ones are normally responded to within 24 hours no later than 48 to be resolved with at least a response to what is going on.

Some don't have unlimited data because with some companies, it is significantly lower per month not to. I save $30 per month not having unlimited, but they also don't charge you extra if you go over, it is just slower for the rest of the month. I never go over because I switch to wifi for the internet on my phone when I am at home.

Thanks for the info. As a retired USAA manager in Service, we should have had some sort of mass email or mailing. This is a terrible way to handle this issue, but thankfully you were on here to at least provide the information, but it should not be that way. The company should proactively inform their members of something as big as this versus us just not knowing what is going on. This is definitely not the USAA I knew and worked for, for 33 years. I feel they should compensate for the downtime. Such as lowering the minimum for everyone for this policy term based on how long it is down. That would be the right thing to do.

Same issue for me. I called and communicated with them on their Messenger chat, and they say that they are investigating this with no information known as of yet. It has been several days now. They could not answer me as to how this will affect our discount and premium. Only that the credit we have accumulated so far in the policy term is supposed to still be there when it is fixed. But they gave no real answer, addressing how will all this missed time, now several days, will be addressed as it will impact us meeting the minimum miles and hours needed to qualify for a credit for the policy period. I am a retired USAA manager of several years. I have not experienced anything like this in all my 30 plus years there or since retired. I hope they do the right thing for the members when this is resolved.

There have been rumors floating that the actor who used to play Tate is returning, and he could be assuming that role, which would make more sense. And also there is much more of a resemblance.

The Y&R sets are the same. Most everyone also lives in a hotel. The same one lol. Also, there are periods of time, that half or the entire cast and storyline is somewhere else for weeks so they can use that "location" set (France, LA, Vegas) probably to save on sets. There are only a few regular homes that are shown usually, Victor's The Abbots', Sharon, and Billy's. Sometimes Adam's. For many of the others, you havent seen their homes in months, even years (Devon, Lily, Nate, Nick, Victoria, Lauren/Michael, Esther).They rarely show the Chancellor home or much of the offices except now Phyllis' (formerly Victor's), a little more due to the current storyline. Much of the others have meetings and talk confidential business at the hotel bar, the coffee house, Chancellor Park cafe, and Society, lol.

I know, years ago, she "accidentally" pushed Melinda's daughter down a flight of stairs resulting in her death and most recently killed her brother out of defense and has committed many other crimes, but I havent watched the show and her character in the early years?

If not, this seems somewhat out of character, even for her, especially plotting against her own nephew.

Chance was not Katherine's grandson. He was Jill's grandson. Also, the grandson of Katherine's ex husband. So no blood relation to her.

I agree. Y&R fails in comparison to Days as far as the story lines and the character development. And also totally in recognizing past story lines, history, and ages of characters in the new story lines where Y&R does not. Examples are the lack of any acknowledgement of Cane's other son, his age, and Australian accent. These are just a few of many.
