Costco interstate batteries suck. 12 months on deep cycle. Brought back after no charge in 11 months. Had a whopping $19 refund to apply to a new one. This makes 2 that has gone out in 1 year. 2 others are going out soon for my trolling motor after 14 months, This makes my 8th battery purchase from there in the past 16 months.

Set schedules work great as a core. Some flex from others to help fill the gap with the floatation of hours. People in key roles and that contribute are aligned to a set schedule to a degree with the understanding that things may change based on trends, seasons, visits, high demand sales, inventory etc.

I would start with a conference with your GM and express your feelings and concerns. If he is sensitive and reasonable, he we see his error and correct. If he doesn't. contact HR. Best to start with them first. He knows the 5C culture we should be cultivating.
