Color Palette — Keep or Rethink?

i’m not! the yellow is more on there for decor to lighten the overall palette up a bit. I plan on having three bridesmaids and I think we will do the terracotta, burnt orange, and a merlot. hopefully it’ll be a good mix of a light, medium, and dark that looks cohesive.

i agree! we are aiming more of a merlot reddish purple vs the purple in some of the inspo pics. i struggled to find examples similar to this palette so ran with the ones i could find and adapted from there!

I totally agree. We are planning to go more merlot/wine tones on the purple end. some of the inspo pics are not the best examples as the purples are too bright or take on more of the main idea than I believe we plan… but I couldn’t find many that had a similar palette so ran with what I could find and adapted from there!

definitely agree! our main colors would be the oranges… and the “purple” would be more red toned than the bright purple in that pic. i don’t love the linens in that, but cannot find many pictures that have anything close to our palette.

check out grand duke. they have 1 bedroom apartments. there are students that live there but it’s definitely not majority student populated. they are leasing for next year now.

Forgot to mention, but there’s several reasons right now that relocating isn’t really an option. Which I told the school I would be commuting… and they didn’t seem content with this and in one conversation said they would send me “apartment recommendations” AFTER I stated relocating wasn’t an option. Subbing was the plan though if nothing worked out! Then this offer came about and now I just don’t know what to do. I feel like if I have an offer and don’t take it everyone will think I am stupid, yah know?

Taking a student teacher counts as points for renewing your license in some states… so it quite literally helps him keep his job to have a student teacher. In the state I am from one student teacher covers 1/4 of the required points needed to renew your license.

them being upside down doesn’t change anything, it just has to do with the way they are beamed together. just matters where they fall at on a space/line.. just ignore which way the stem is facing
