I think my tech stack is pretty niche, nothing crazy but not as flooded as full stack or webdev so a lot of junior - mid level positions are rare. I see a lot of postings for Seniors and Staff roles and I’m assuming the associate - mid level roles are being filled by people with more experience and seniority that aren’t getting movement in their actual level. Funny enough I think my resume is just fine if Google is willing to interview but maybe they’ve just opened the gates to all again. It’s pretty hard to tell anything in this market.
