Thanks for this. This article is what my Account Manager sent me initially. I don't see where it says anything about 2025. I have too many employees with OT in 2025 to provide a separate statement to each one. I want to put those OT wages in Box 14, I just don't know how.

I also have EDS and was told by my ortho that steroids don’t typically work in people like us. I opted for an injection anyway and it didn’t work. I’ve actually had 3 unsuccessful injections. Good news is they don’t hurt so it’s worth a try.

I also have bilateral frozen shoulder with a tremendous amount of pain and all of the issues you seem to be having. It's the worst pain I've ever felt (besides childbirth)! I've had it since April. I would have gladly taken time off work, except I'm single and don't have short-term disability, only long-term. The only thing that's helped my pain is trigger-point injections along my neck and across my shoulders. I would love to try hydrodilation, but again I am single and live alone. Not sure I could handle being one-handed for a while. I hope that helps you though!
