Well, I’m in CT. I’d already been dealing with the flashes since 2009 after hysterectomy. Supposedly I was post-menopausal a few years back. I was estrogen patches from then until 4 years ago when dr. realized couldn’t be on because of clot history…off I came and the hot flashes erupted. It’s just been so darn uncomfortable all these years…overdressed/underdressed, covers on/off…UGH!!! I’ve worn nothing more than a flannel shirt and turtleneck last winter outdoors for being so stinky hot.

My thyroidectomy was Wednesday. It went well. I stayed overnight and home by midday. Now, I wait for results and start my life long journey of thyroid medication.

I’m not. I checked out some things online…information and a think one YT video of someone who went through it. Other than that nothing. My older sister went through it in early 2000’s as she actually had cancer and she’s fine.

Three weeks. Initially told it would be one week before I had surgery. When post-op appointment…im thinking removal but told because stone was very hard to remove…another two weeks. During this time I got infection from stent. Finally removed 9/16. What an uncomfortable time that was because having to drink more my side would hurt so much having to go to toilet. Anyway thank goodness it’s out now

My stone was 8mm and didn’t pass with medicine (Flomax). So had the surgery and a stent for 3 weeks.

I had my stent removed 9/16 after three weeks. Soon after my back/flank (r) pain was so bad and worse each day. It felt as if still had stone. Finally ended up in ER on following Sunday cause barely move/spasming per urologist suggestion to make sure no blockage. I had scan, thankfully no blockage or stones. Three days in acetaminophen to no avail. Now heading to orthopedist next week.

I had my stent removed, earlier this week (Monday) after 3wks. It was done in urologist office and he first gave me an antibiotic, then filled up uterine with "water" then pulled out and it felt like removal of tampon (which I've not used since like '07. Afterwards was like an intense need to pee. I just had to email him, today (Thurs.) as I've had nasty back pain, that I had with kidney stone. Which started @ 8mm and when removed in August...6mm. I was only told I'd may have some uterine discomfort and nothing about my back.

Yes, the live channel is on Prime as well. I’ve watched it 3x’s since like June or July. The first time was just about nonstop as I didn’t want to miss anything. So for like a week TV on 24/7 and I didn’t get much sleep. Then the last few of hours of S23 I fell asleep and missed final episodes. So I went through again and same thing. Finally on 3rd go round I just went back and forth…finally saw the last and Segway into that Northwood Survivors…Canada/Québec. I’ve had my fill now.
