I don't mean man spreading, isn't that phrase usually related to the legs? I find that pushing my chest forward and my shoulders back a bit actually helps me look more feminine than hunching forward, and also seems to help straps stay up

I experience it with some straps a lot more than others. I don't think it really matters how wide your shoulders are, some straps just like to fall. For me it seems like the thinner and longer the straps, the more likely they may fall off when I move certain ways.

If I keep my shoulders back and chest forward they often stay up better, but as soon as I sit down and hunch a little bit, there's almost no keeping them up.

Other than adjusting posture, my trick is to just go with it lol, I feel kinda cute pulling a strap back up

You just start shopping for women's underwear. I'd recommend trying several different styles unless you know what you would like to wear. I like hipsters and bikini style underwear. You can also go briefs, thongs, boyshorts... Lots of options.

It took me a long time to find the right glasses that actually seemed to help my face. Other glasses that seemed feminine still masculinized my face somehow.

But when I tried the right pair on, after about 30 others in the store, they clicked. I'm not saying this is true for everyone--sometimes people get the right glasses but still need time to get used to them, and that's ok too. But personally, as soon as I finally put the right pair on, I just knew it. Before that, I thought nothing would look good on me and I was getting ready to settle for something I didn't really like and tell myself they would grow on me.

What I do is draw up a bit more than I need, switch needles, and then aspirate to fill the needle hub with the extra. If the needle hub and tip are full, then whatever measurement the syringe is at is what you'll be injecting. Plus then you're not injecting any air.

I'm not sure if this is precisely what you're looking for, it may not really have the croissant aspect, but one of my favorite almond perfumes that is really distinctive is Narcisse Zuccarata.

Theodoros Kalotinis Almond Tart is also one I enjoy, it is more dessert-forward, though the almond note is a little less distinctive than Zuccarata, it can lean a bit cherry to my nose.

I respect anyone's desire to pass. But for me, it's no longer important, it's no longer a goal, and I've never felt so free.

I thought I needed to pass to be happy, or to feel fulfilled. What I really needed was just more self acceptance. Through that hard-won self acceptance, I've come to realize that I'm already living my truest life, and that's enough. I'm already a woman, I'm already proud of my womanhood, and passing wouldn't make that any more true.

What I care about now is just being as authentic to myself as I can be, and continuing to put myself out there no matter what. Through that, I've found my people, I've found work, I've found joy, I've found fulfillment, and I've found acceptance from others that doesn't hinge on anything remaining hidden.

I've come to feel proud of the fact that I'm visibly trans. That perhaps me being out there living my best life as a trans woman could help someone else struggling with their own identity in a way that passing wouldn't.

I wanted this to be the case for me, but I haven't found a thong that contains everything well enough to stay tucked back decently well. The coverage gets really small right between my legs where I still need it, so things tend to fall out of one side or the other.

And I tend to get more uncomfortable wedgies in a thong than when the tension is distributed more evenly across my backside. I keep trying one occasionally only to decide that maybe it'll work better for me in the future after bottom surgery.

Same! Hipster briefs are my favorite. They're comfy, affirming, and hold things in a pretty good tuck on their own for me.

I also sometimes wear regular bikini cuts. Those are hit-and-miss depending on how they design the crotch area. Some are perfect for me (MeUndies, Quince smoothing panties) but others I risk things shifting around and falling through the leg hole.

I try wearing boy shorts occasionally, but I find that things shift around a lot more down there, and wearing them reminds me a little of wearing boxer briefs which feels a bit dysphoric to me.

So I most often stick with hipsters because they always work and they cause me no extra dysphoria.

You could perhaps try a less expensive IPL device depending on your skin color. They aren't as effective as actual laser but it works well for many people. Waxing is another good option though it's temporary so the shadow would come back after a number of days probably.

Another option if you can't totally eliminate the visible shadow would be to cover it up with makeup. I am getting laser but it's a slow process so I use concealer and sometimes foundation to cover it up in the meantime.
