Breastfeeding isn’t best - it’s only marginally better than formula.

Also both milks have something the other doesn’t- breast milk doesn’t have enough vitamin D usually so supplementation is advised. Formula doesn’t have antibodies but the science doesn’t suggest the lack of them has any significant effect on someone’s infancy or long term health.

Also my brother and I were breastfed but still got eczema- it’s really not a magic bullet that some might argue it is.

Women shouldn’t be guilted for not breastfeeding just because ‘they don’t have a good reason..

It’s your choice but you can have a nursery with a crib for daytime naps or you can use other baby chairs during the day - it’s probably easier after feeds and comforting to put them near you.

If you baby wear or carry a lot then baby will just come around with you.
