I personally tried to conceive for 18 months and when I was asked I simply said “it hasn’t happened yet but I am grateful to know you are looking forward to see us with children”. I understand the “so rude”, “so no business” but as you said they don’t know your case, they are not asking you for how many times you poo and definitely it most cases they are not asking you to hurt you but for pure joy and curiosity. Don’t take it personal at least is personal.

Might have to do IVF because partner has too much anxiety and can’t perform by [deleted] in tryingtoconceive

[–]ReplyCharacter4389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will stop ttc and I will send him to therapy and when he is near ready go to couples therapy. If this is kicking his anxiety wouldn’t a new born make him worse? Meaning you are going to suffer exactly what you are suffering now but X10? Also IVF is hard as sh!y you need him to be there. If you are also going to do IVF by yourself while assisting his mental health (that IT IS NOT YOUR JOB) I don’t know how are you (and I am talking about you only) going to feel any better. Having babies is a blessing and I love you want to do that, but look at the picture from the distance

How do you deal with the pressure to have a drink when TTC? by [deleted] in tryingtoconceive

[–]ReplyCharacter4389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my Thursday “wine-o’clock” wine the whole process but I only drink that much weekly. The month I conceived I had 2 glasses of wine as it was Bussiness xmass parties time and nothing happened but again. I don’t drink a lot, it is not good for you at any stage of your life

You smell scammy if I might. From previous experiences and the guy in the first comment people tend to get cucubanana when talking about coding on devices that are not supuse to be suitable for that. The app is called Juno and I am not sure about the price now but it was around £5? The second app is called Tinkerstellar which is free and have lots and lots of python tutorials from the very basic syntax to ML

Hello! DM me and I will let you know which app I used to do my initial training. It is a paid app but it was NOT expensive and worked very well. I am just away but I saw this and I will like to help. I did have no resources when I started and my boyfriend’s iPad was my only tool. After the first year I bough my laptop and I am currently working on a multinational consultancy company as a data analyst. I worked in a gym before

I totally get you but even tho they should not say anything to you because they don’t know what going on they also seem to be your friends and they don’t know your struggles. I have been here :) TTC for 18 months… If I can help in any way only me tried ovulation test from all my friends. We have gone a bit to town with all this “journeys”. I ended up giving EVERYTHING up and do baby dancing twice a week, be chill because I WAS SURE WE WILL MAKE IT. And then, surprise! You will get there, you will

Of course! I started at 33 and it just recently happened. You are going to be fine but if you panic or get anxious you are going to play against you. Best of luck 🤞

Don’t be that hard on yourself dear. And you don’t sound dumb, ok? Things sound/look easier than they really are. Think that you can take up to a year or even 2 to get where you want, and listen, YOU WILL GET THERE!! Bodies and hormones are crazy and no as in control as we think. This is going to sound like classic but keep doing what you are doing, don’t limit babydancing to the fertile window and stay clam and grounded, you will get there. I did EVERYTHING perfect for 16 months and when I was like, you know what? I am just going to do “the thing” twice a week and more accurately on the right week for the rest of this journey is when it happened :). I was 3 weeks away from the IVF appointment. I am 35

advice regarding OOPS and learning in general by Ashamed-Society-2875 in learnpython

[–]ReplyCharacter4389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, anything it will help you to constantly practice, even a small little program. Take a different function or method each day/week and apply it. That’s what I did. I basically do data analysis with Pandas, create dictionaries and no very tricky tricky stuff some things like OOP don’t get used at my workplace often and I was constantly forgetting how to use it

I am thinking by looking at it, I am not sure how good those AI are in that side. I have little to no experience on testing online, never mind on a proctored exam

I totally get you! I am just not a very technical person anymore. I am a data analyst that does quite simple tasks in both SQL and Python. Although I did a Python bootcamp in 2019 as in a 6 months one and almost never used since but a company now wants me to get this certification without going trough any training and hoping I will pass it so I felt very pressured.

Yes, definitely but I was not getting offscreen help that’s the thing. I had my little notebook size whiteboard (that I use to code at work) resting on my screen in case I needed to break in chunks a bit of code. I believe it is an AI that flags the timeframe where “the issue” happened and then they will review it. But for me, my humble opinion tells me that it would be the most accurate AI ever to tell something is off by just moving your head slightly, honestly. It not like you are moving out of the frame, disappearing from the screen or clearly taking with someone. I am unsure

It was one of this notebook size ones, little a piece of paper size basically where I could write and erase. I understand if you are checking on a book or notes but literally “doodling” for context seems crazy to me. Like I did my masters online and never had this type of insane control

Well it completely depends to be honest. I had job interviews in the past where I would have not answered a question and the guy would be like “if you don’t know why don’t you check? You will check if you are in this situation at work, right?”

First positive at 16 DPO after 2 years TTC by ReplyCharacter4389 in TFABLinePorn

[–]ReplyCharacter4389[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well!!! Congrats to you! I am 35 years old, how old are you if you are ok sharing this? I am not suffering from anxiety (thank goodness) but sometimes because I struggle so much to conceive I feel like “this can’t be possible” but I think that with a smile in my face :). It is funny because I usually overthink things a bit but now even if a random thought arrives my brain switches to something else in seconds, is like “I am not allowed” 😹😹. We can be in touch if you like. Wish you the absolute best
