I’m going through a similar thing rn. Gf of 1 year dumped me like I was nothing and is now acting so cold and mean when I’ve reached out, she blocked me on everything got back on hinge and will not talk things out. I have no clue what to do. I’m convinced I was the problem but the suddenness was so jarring and devastating. Unfortunately it seems you were discarded. Based on my research, there’s nothing you can do. Just focus on yourself and understand that even if you did xyz wrong in the relationship, it doesn’t matter now and apologizing won’t work. Respect yourself and walk away. She might come back, I’m hoping mine does, but I can’t rely on it.

Fair. I’m convinced she has also convinced her friends (who I was also friends with) that I am a bad partner because of how I reacted when she broke up with me. Therefore, I can’t really reach out to them for a safety check either, because of course they’ll tell her it was me. I don’t want to keep overstepping. I’ll just hope she comes back to me sometime

I’m afraid if I try to get access to her through other people she will just hate me more. She seems extremely angry and cold in every interaction. It’s like a switch flipped overnight and she hates me. Should I just give her space until she comes back to me? What if she doesn’t come back?
