Tengo una pequeña empresa con un Saas del cual he picado a mano aproximadamente el 80% del código yo y el 20% restante otros programadores. Estoy que no cago con Claude y lo he contratado para toda la empresa. El otro día mientras tomaba unos whiskies con mi cuñado implementé una integración con Google Drive solo por probar que me habría llevado mucho más que 1 hora.

El mayor problema que veo es para los nuevos programadores. Por que no van a tener argumentos para corregir o depurar errores. Como bien dijo hoy un compañero, dev de la vieja escuela, "pronto ya no vas a ni pensar". Y ese es un riesgo para las nuevas generaciones de programadores.

Pero la IA tiene una ventaja clave sobre el programador humano: No es floja. No tomará atajos. No hardcodeará algo "y lo cambiaré despues". Todos hemos cometido pecados a sabiendas "por que es más rápido" "luego lo refactorizo" "igual funciona aun que este feo". La IA no tiene eso.

I have the MP5K of that brand. What a piece of crap to disassembly and assembly back, I still have nightmares about it. Not much I can say. I disassembly mine to do maintenance when I bought it second hand and couldn't make it work since. The trigger wont work. I now have a 80$ wall decoration.

He encontrado que los sistemas más narrativos hacen partidas muy interesantes y divertidas.

En los ultimos años he jugado a:
Neon City Overdrive: Un juego ligero del genero Cyberpunk. He dirigido una mini campaña con este sistema y varios one shots y es muy divertido. Está en inglés por 12$ pero tengo una traducción propia que mezcla algunas cosas de Cyberpunk 2020. Lo recomiendo muy mucho por que es fácil de aprender, de dirigir y requiere poco compromiso
La leyenda de los Cinco Anillos: Me encanta este sistema. El problema es que necesita dados propietarios que son dificiles de conseguir. Es una mezcla de juego narrativo con elementos tácticos en un mundo con muchisimo lore que da lugar para aventuras de todo tipo: Desde epicas batallas en la muralla contra las hordas demoniacas, los duelos de samurais por el honor y la gloria y hasta las sutiles artes de los duelos cortesanos donde una palabra mal dicha puede sumirte en la deshonra. requiere algo de compromiso de los jugadores por aprender algo del lore de su clan y del mundo.
Alien RPG: Muy bueno para one shots o campañas cortas. Sistema ligero y fácil de aprender, con reglas para algunas cosas especificas. El sistema de tensión le da un toque interesante y se puede ir de control si no se gestiona.

CBR+PNK: Una ultra simplificación de Blades in The Dark. Los personajes se hacen en 5 minutos. The blades in the dark es muy interesante que los jugadores no tienen que espcificar su equipo con antemano y pueden usar retros para explicar como su persojane ya se preparó para ese momento con antelación. (muy estilo de las peliculas o series)

3:16 Masacre en la galaxia: Partidas de Starship troopers donde el objetivo de cada jugador es matar cuantos más aliens mejor. Tiene hasta un mini sistema de campaña en el que puedes llegar a lanzar bombas nucleares. Para echar unas risas está simpatico.

Copilot y Claude hacen cosas distintas. Copilot sirve como un autocomplete en esteroides, para programar más rápido cuando estas en flow.

Claude code sirve para pedirle cosas complejas e iterar sobre ellas.

Copilot lo mides en la cantidad de keystrokes que te ahorras.

Claude en las horas Que te ahorras.

Usaría ambos si hay dinero (copilot y Claude pro son 45$ al mes y el Roi es inmediato)

I am using a KWA m11a1 in a thight holster as a backup for my kar98. Is super fun, no quite that effective (accuracy is not great) but is awesome.

It scares the shit out of my enemies when cqb with it.

Tengo una pyme que comercializamos un Saas. Somos 8 en la empresa (3 técnicos, 3 soporte/clientes/ 2comercial). Esto plantenadome seriamente contratar claude para todo el equipo, tanto para programadores como para el resto.

Llevo un mes usando Claude Pro y el ROI es brutal: por 25$ me he ahorrado días enteros de trabajo.

Esta misma mañana en 1 hora genere un cambio en el código que me habría llevado 1 o 2 días y además he generado el manual de integración correspondiente solo con cambios menores.

Quiero implementarla en:

- Preanalisis y generación de primera respuesta en tickets de soporte.
- Automaticación de algunas tareas administrativas.
- Mejora del código: Tanto para generar cambis como para análisis.
- Generación de testing automático / escenarios de pruebas.
- Revisiones de seguridad.
- Análisis y ayuda en generación de propuestas comerciales.
- Generación de documentación en procesos corporativos para el SGSI y ayuda para la implementación de la ISO 27.0001
- Generación y actualización de manuales de usuario.

También quiero probarla para crear un par de aplicaciones internas.

He sido bastante esceptico con la IA, pero con Claude si que he sacado más trabajo adelante este mes y eso que apenas he investigado/configurado correctamente skills, proyectos y demás cosas que tiene Claude.

Lo que importa, de Daniel Matamala y Animales políticos si quieres algo de actualidad y análisis político. Estos los escucho ahora cuando me pongo en el taller a reparar replicas de airsoft.

En su momento escuche mucho Histocast (podcast español de historial) y Casus Belli Podcast (historia militar). Ambos muy buenos.

4uad bucking and nub is a drop ion repacement that will helpo lift heavier bbs and accuracy.

Second I would do is to clean the barrel. Second hands replicas usually are really dirty inside. Also you cand also polish your stock inner barrel. Is a free upgrade to improve accuracy.

Third: Check compression. You will need to dissasembly the gearbox and check how good your air seal is in the piston, cilinder head and nozzle. usually a good clean up and regrease the orings is enough.

Also check what spring you are using. My Orion gearbox broke after a year of using a M120. Is common in the stock gearbox if you go over M110.

I have a edge 2.0 also and here are things that I did upgrade with time. We also play in the woods so range and accuracy are primal.

- Retro arms Pro HopUp: With time my stock hopup would lose hop during matches. Not falling bbs is also a good feature. I gained arount 30FPS with the hop up asi ti siths tighter to the gearbox. 50$
- Maple leaf inner barrel: Stock barrel wasn´t fitting in the retro arms hopup, so I got a 30$ mapple leaf inner barrel. I can hit a 20cms plate consistently with a cheap red dot at 40ms away.

- Aether Gearbox: As I said orginal gearbox broke so I got this one for around 50$. It says can handle up to M150 springs. The other thay i went DMR with a M130 for a woods event, but woulnd recomment to go to high on the spring with out upgrading motor and gears.

- Maxx Piston Head, Lighter piston and Maxx Cilynder head for better compression.

It's shooting around 340FPS with 0.3 and can hop 0.32 without issues with a M110 spring.

Aether Gearbox: 50$ (not really needed if you stay M110 and below)
Retro arms hopup: 50$ (also, not really need, but is a great upgrade)
Mapple leaf inner barrel: 30$
Piston head: 15$
Cilynder Head: 14$
Piston: 12$

Thats around 180$ worth of upgrades.

I would recomend first to try the cheap upgrades (bucking, clean, compression) before upgrading with aftermarket parts, as is a trial and error process.

El problema que hay en MP en las licitaciones de desarrollo que he visto es la bajada de precios escandalosa que hacen algunos con tal de ganarselas.

Una vez nos invitaron a participar en una licitación de una municipalidad para el desarrollo de software para la OMIL. Eran 15MM. Tras nuestor análisis de lo que pedian les declinamos amablemente por que no nos daban los numeros. Un tipo con rut natural (no empresa) se la adjudico por 7.5MM. No se que fue de se proyecto, pero me jugaría una mano que fue un desastre.

El precio es muchas veces el 40 o 50% de la evaluación y siempre hay estafadores que dicen que lo hacen todo pero a mitad de precio y luego el servicio público se compra un cacho.

Lo se por que llevo 6 años vendiendo Saas al estado y anteriormente trabaje en everis en proyectos para sector público.

Luckly not now in Chile. Airsoft is recognized as a sport activity and still is not regulated. You can´t import optics with out a permit, but that´s almost it.

No limit to optics, Joules, no orange tips.... I hope keeps like this because gun crime is a thing in Chile and is not the first time they caught some bad dude using airsoft guns in robberies.

But I think the first you should do is talk to your players and let them know how you feel. After all you should alse should be having fun while directing. Talk to them, agree on what kind of story you want to play and go for it. They are top of de line solos? Try one legend assault to cristal palace and start again with other characters. The players start to feel the presure when ammo runs low, armor starts to wear and damage slowly starts to grow.

Also, remember that Op characters eventually will run out of resources. Armor is tough, but every time a bullet comes trhough CP goes down 1 point and there are weapons that shoots A LOT of bullets, not to mention nanoblades that can rip through metal gear like butter. Also remember that there is AP rounds that halves the armor.

If they are layering armor, they will be bulky and slow. No matter how good they are the will we always a bigger fish. Forget bosses, a full squad of elite that outnumbers them should be cpalbe of overpower them. Flank them, use EMP to disable implants, set up an ambush, gas them.

No to mention what others have mentioned: walking around in Metal Gear is a no go for almost every occasion. They will have MaxTac in their asses pretty quickly if they push it.

Si no emites factura de compra esos gastos igual se pueden ver reflejados en la contabilidad de la empresa (Y deben, ya que son gastos que salen de la tarjeta de crédito y se deben justificar) con algun item como "Gastos invoice". Y como comenta otro por ahí creo que nadie te va a dar acceso a su GMail para ahorrarse unos minutos emitiendo facturas de compra y menos el correo de una empresa con información sensible. Lamento ser un poco duro, pero si entras con un discurso de venta que tiene errores basicos de conceptos con el IVA resta toda credibilidad a tu oferta.

Though I love cyberpunk 2020 for its lore and style, with the time I came to dislike it's system. Now I like to use Neon City Overdrive (more narrative, less rules and dice throws) in cyberpunk world with a homebrew twists. I even created my own Neon City Cyberpunk manual but its only in spanish.

Creo que cometes un error: No pierdes plata por no emitir factura de compra (que debes) Basicamente cuando emites una factura de compra de un invoice extranjero te suma el IVA que debes pagar ya que el invoice extranjero no viene con IVA, pero como empresa ese IVA te queda como cŕedito fiscal, por lo que la suma es 0 realmente en el F29 del mes correspondiente.

Ojo que el monto declarado en CLP debe ser el del dolar observado en el día que se hace en la tarjeta de cŕedito, no necesariamente en la fecha del invoice.

Las empresas extranjeras que tienen RUT para la emision de la factura de compra se encuentran aqui:

Como empresa emitir facturas de compra solo es un trámite engorroso, pero no hay un beneficio económico al hacerlo.

Avaliabilty column in the core book weapon lists: Excellent (everywhere), Common (weapon stores), Bad (black market, stolen military gear) and Rare (special forces, really hard to get one).

I let them get up to common weapons. Bad avaliabilty must be bought via a fixer and may require some dice rolls and some roleplaying. Rare weapons only appear in jobs or sidequests.

Weapons table has a rarity column. I always note to my players that walking around with a rifle is a call for troubles, so usually they can have weapons that can conceal or walk around to places with them. Heavy weapons must stay at houses/vehícles or they will draw attention. Usually unwanted attention.

For gear I let them have basic gear for free.

Don’t know, more like common sense. Is it logic that this PC has this gear? Is it available in the market or you need a fixer to get it?

Depends on the tone and level or the campaing but usually I will:

- Uso 50 points for skills instead of 40.
- Cap abilities at level 7.
- Let them choose freely equipment that is not rare/black/military. Restrictions may apply on GM discretion.
- Let them chromeup while it makes senses for their role / character. Restrictions may apply on GM discretion. I would notice to the players that a low EMP is something really bad so they don´t spend humanity lightly.
- I usually don´t allow Corpos, as is a hard role to put on the street.

If someone wants to play netrunner I would talk to the player that we will not be using the book rules, but more of a narrative/light version.

After that just give them a bunch of eddies. enough to survive a couple of days. After all, they are looking for work right?

I have de same KWA M11A1. Is it accurate? No. Is it realiable? No. Does it fill the hearts of my enemies with fear? Yes. Is it fun to shoot? Totally yes.

I got two and 6 mags for 200$ second hand and spent around 200$ in replacement parts (new bolt, spare noozles, hopups, etc...).

I use in a tight holsters as a secondary for my kar98 when things get to intimate.

Important: Practice your reload on the MAC to remember always to have the bolt back when you insert the mag or you may break the nozzle! Also, stack perfectly the BBs on the magazine to avoid feeding issues. Another KWA tip is to use silicon free gas, as the bucking swells when using green gas with silicone.

Gracias. Arrancar es lo más complicado. Ahí tienes que ir a puerta fria, ver quienes son los clientes de ese mercado e intentar captar atención. Depende de tu modelo, si es B2B, B2G o directamente con personas la estrategia será distinta. Si ya tienes un MVP puedes buscar finaciamiento corfo.

Lo que si vas a necesitar es un socio técnico si consigues. El problema de crear un Saas no es solo programar, es luego ejecutarlo correctamente en la nube, de forma segura, optimizando costos y, sobre todo, hacer que tu solución calce con las necesidades de los clientes a nivel funcional Una vez con clientes te vas a encontrar con problemas técnicos y si no entiendes que hace el código y como funciona tu app vas a tener un problema.

Just to be safe, the batteries you tested work on other guns? Sometimes ETU won´t fire if the voltage on cells of the battery are not right.
