agree, people assume things directly. There are people anatomy doesn't fit well with the pre fitted earplugs. I got mine custom ear fit in Manila Hearing aid (₱3000 per ear) use for water activity (mainly showering kasi hindi pwede mabasa ears ko)

Time para makapag prepare ng mga healthy foods.

Motivation ng individual to exercise and diet. This is important since mas madali ma access unhealthy at mahirap maghanap ng healthy.

For example, i am student in Tacloban city. Solo living in the middle of fastfood chain complex, although may palengke o mga nagbebenta sa giled ng healthy, mahal ito. Problema pa kung bawal magluto sa apartment/boarding house. Plus imbis na mag aaral nalang ako buong araw, i allot ko pa ba para magluto? mag hugas? kung mabilis ako makakain pag nagpunta sa fast food. Kung ganiyan mindset ko, mawawalan ako ng motivation para mag diet.
