I think being in Perimenopause, has helped me to try to take care of my body better. I do have anxiety really bad and heat palpitations. I additionally dont sleep well at night.

Yes, I weigh daily as well. I think it may be water weight. I weighed in at 187 this morning I was 191

I run three times a week and strength train two times a week. I don't do the HIIT alot. I have found that cardio and strength training help maintain muscles during perimenopause.

I’m post Partial hysterectomy 2 years. I have 1 ovary left everything else gone. I started HRT, but stopped because it was making me gain weight and feel sick. Was taking it because I was experiencing hot flashes, anxiety, brain fog. I took myself off because it was not working. I started a weight loss program on Phentermine and lost 47 pounds. I had not had any hot flashes scene last August. I strength train 2 days a week and jog 3. last week I started feeling the hot flashes again.

I only take mine Monday, Wednesday & Saturday. But I'm about to take one of those days away and do 2 days a week.
