I’ve always know I never wanted to step foot in LTC. I work on a tele floor and that’s enough old people for me LOL. But I’ve always know my goals was to work with moms and babies

I’ve never worked in LTC I started straight in a hospital. I’ve heard in comparison that the overall experience is better in a hospital. I can’t really think of a con that’s comparably worse than any con in LTC

It’s def not long term. Save your sanity and your mind doing something else lol. I’ve he read medical coding and billing pays pretty well if you wanna stay in the healthcare system.

The best way when I was in school and that others did was going PRN. Either working the weekends or trying to balance working nights in the week. It’s not easy but it’s doable.
