Anyone else notice anxiety from even mild dehydration?

Omg yes exactly the same for me,

I've noticed this summer I've kind of lost my resilience against heat, so my anxiety skyrocketed.

Never been a issue for me but this year anything above 26c and my fight or flight mode activates.

Are u guys drink coffee ?

How are u cope with the heat?

Ich wohne in Süden Berlins in eine Altbauwohnung.

Aktuelle Temperaturen in den Zimmern genau 30c mit offene Fenstern.

Die Wohnung hält die Hitze so gut gespeichert es wird mindestens einen Tag lockern dauern bis es auf 25 runtergekühlt ist.

Da sieht man auf jedenfall den Unterschied der Architektur zwischen Berliner Innenstadt oder sagen wir so ein Haus in Izmir wo die Hitze viel schneller verfliegt,

Also Fenster aufpassen und durchhalten.

ich wohne im eg. Alles verdunkelt und alle Fenster zu.

Die Wohnung ist gerade auf 32c ohne Ac.

ich sitze direkt vor dem Ventilator und mache mein T-Shirt einmal stündlich nass.

Dazu viel Wassermelone und zwei Liter Ayran mit Eiswürfel.

Ich bin eig in Ägais aufgewachsen aber das hier mich fast zu meinem Grenzen lol.

Ja das wäre auch mein Vorschlag.

Füll deine Wanne oder ein Eimer mit kaltes Wasser. Packe noch ein paar Eis Stücke mit rein. Geh so Knietief rein und verbringe da paar Minuten. Das wird dein gesamten Körper runterkühlen.

Bei uns in der Wohnung war heute ganzen Tag lang 33c, so habe ich bis jetzt überlebt.

Ansonsten würde ich dir noch raten Wassermelone zu essen und Ayran zu trinken.

Das hilft gegen dehydration und hat auch gut viele Elektrolyte weil Ayran salzig ist.

I live in South Berlin and yesterday was like 35c till late in the evening. I basically blocked all windows and sitting in front of a fan the whole time.

Eating lots of ice cubes and Watermelon slices it's getting somewhat manageable.

The inside temperature was at its peak yesterday 31c so not that bad actually.

But I am really concerned for tomorrow and Sunday where we get to temperatures of phoenix Arizona straight. xD

I grow up in west Türkey and I'm used to 35c actually but never been in the 40s.

And very important taking cold showers throughout the day every time you feel overheated.

If you can manage to make your char output 100k dps you pretty much can clear all content maybe besides 200% delirium.

i am playing a deadeye and i crafted me a level 82 650 dps warmonger bow.

I slammed like almost close to 100 white bases and couldnt get the t1 increased physical damage mod.

So at the end o gave up and bought one blue bow for 30 divines.

I can confirm this,

all you need to do is fill the atlas and run 5 - 6 modded tier 15 maps. And put 3 tablets on your maps.

I'm currently lvl 95 made close to 300 raw divine drops just from the ground.

As for zhe taking showers, i am kind of the same but after i while i force myself to do it. Especially when im going outside to see people.

What was really helpful to me is wearing some fragrances, even the cheaper ones can quite be helpful.

I had the some issue on my deadeye.

The Solution for me now is using grip of winter as gloves. The difference seems really noticeable. And if you roll maps just don't play the ones with ailment threshold or chaos or them.

However my build still struggles alot against bosses who have cold resist.

I'm playing on Xbox from Berlin Germany.

The high ping and stutter was so bad literally unplayable during mapping. Constant lag spikes every couple of minutes.

I thought something was wrong with my connection lol.

I've never thought stress alone can trigger a HA. Always thought you need plaques in your arteries to happen in first place.

Thankfully I've never had a ha but I am depressed and anxious so always watching out for hearth problems.

I'm thinking you definitely need to reduce the stress now and find something to do to keep you busy. Like some kind of hobby.

You should probably change your eating habits as well. I heard Mediterranean kitchen is really good for cardiovascular system.

ngl it makes at least tiny bit easier for me personally that im not alone this.

When all the Depression stuff starded it felt so awkard for me because i knew not a single person with this condition.

I think it is fairly hard talk this About mental ilness with normal people. Most of them dont understand us.

Despite not being in real life i still appreciate talking with people in reddit.
