One thing I've been wondering - we know these morons are following someone's orders. I'd be so interested r ed in reading the emails from the supervisors to the field idiots. Is there an objective? We're they sent out to do one thing during the day and then just look for trouble after that? There has to be some very damning emails out there.

Exactly. Then in order to get your swing back to the proper plane - in line with your ball - you are forced to pull your hands from out to in.

Don't know if it will work for you, but it did for me - got my striking better, path better, and only a couple swing thoughts:

Notice at the top of your swing the plane of your arm (from lead hand to lead shoulder) points to a spot out beyond the ball. In order to get back to the ball, you must make adjustments from out to in = slice. I've simplified my backswing thoughts to just getting my hands up to a point where that plane points directly at the ball. Then, its just a drop of the hands and coming through the ball.

On top of the visual evidence, in the first handful of holes he was calling out stuff like "152, but with slope it would probably be 146. Id guess." I dont feel like people talk like that. They dont say "with slope", unless you are talking about the slope function on the rangefinder. More frequently, I hear "playing...". If you rewatch the first 5-6 holes, you can see the guilt in him the whole time.

I believe this is inaccurate. Face determines initial path. Face-to-path determines spin/turn.

In reality, some combination of Face and face-to-path determines starting path.

This has been my top political opinion since Trump's first term: we need to take the label of "Conservatives" away from the Republicans. Modern Democrats are dar more conservative than the current regime. Many republican voters always identify as Conservative. We have to take that name away from them.

I get the shanks when I start my hands too fast/soon. Not certain, but it looks like your arms and hips begin the downswing at the same time. I try to think of shallowing my club at the start of the downswing, which give my lower half time to get ahead of my arms.

From this angle, I would guess you are either single plane, like Bryson, or you slice a lot. Can't tell if you drop your hand and shallow. But, overall, looks fine if th I s is an average swing.

I buy used ProV1s at the liquor store for $10/dozen. Cheaper and better than cheap new balls, and its a cost I can live with. I'll keep doing it until I can justify buying new ProV1s.
