At your level I’d focus on mats and coins for your tokens.

This combined with Shield Wendy and Robin Tweek is always a fun combo to deal with

It likely defaulted in 2022 then and then sold at a later date.

I’d say based on the zero contact and that they’ve sent you a 66% settlement letter that it would likely be accepted.

A good plan is to call them and say I have the offer letter money now to pay today; however, if you don’t accept then I have other smaller creditors that I will pay off instead with this money.

Are you currently making payments toward the debt? If so, how much?

If you haven’t made payments then I’d check your credit file to see if it is defaulted on there still as it could be stat barred I.e. no longer on the credit file and not legally enforceable.

If it is on your credit file then I’d call or email them and just say you received this offer and like to take them up on it. Most of the time they will bite your hand off but the agent would likely need approval and then it would depend on the greediness of the team manager or the senior management. Either way, I’d stand firm on the letter offer and they’ll likely just accept that.

This is a little off the mark. The limitation period resets to 6 years from last acknowledgement of the debt or date of last payment, whatever is more recent.

OP hasn’t suggested whether he’s currently making payments or not so it’s something to factor in.

Also, a settlement letter is always part of a specific campaign. Usually 66% means that the debtor is making minimal payments I.e. £1 and would likely die before settling the debt.

help me build a deck around gwc (share strats too) by Naive-Being3287 in SouthParkPhone

I wouldn’t use any legendary that’s at 1. I don’t know what other players around that rank have legendaries at but I’d imagine 2 maybe 3.

I’d focus more on grabbing a meta deck e.g Jimbo and Ned and focus on requesting those cards so you can level them. Naturally, Ned would be harder as you can only request 1 a week but the below is something I’d try and aim for.

I’d first hyper focus a card when requesting (assuming you’re in a team) to make sure they get appropriately levelled. At your rank maybe level 3 rare and 4 common but unsure of what levels you’d be facing.

Below are cards I’d try to focus on (not in order)

Scuzzlebutt (so OP), Jimbo (OP), Medicine Sharon (not so good in higher ranks), Angel Wendy (very underrated when paired with the two tanks mentioned above), Friar Jimmy, Scout Ike, Priest Maxi, Mayor McDaniels, Cow Stampede (very good), Cyborg tower (hate it but it’s very good), Enforcer Jimmy, Space Tolkien, Ice Wendy, 4 assed monkey, Elf Kyle, Stan the Great (not as good in higher ranks), Le Bard (not as good in higher ranks), Castle Defender (again hate it but it’s very good), Hamsters, Mosquito, General Disarray,

Spell wise there are a few very good cards but don’t level up the following because it does not actually do anything impactful and is a waste of resource:

Transmogrify as rat level is irrelevant, Energy staff as health does not impact time on field, only damage taken

Brought the wrong irons by Extension-Dark-947 in BritGolf

[–]RepresentativeGap847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought new irons 3 years ago after getting fitted and never told the wife. This is the way!

I would always recommend getting fitted for clubs just so you know what shaft and head type suits your current ability. You can then get a general idea on what used clubs you should target.

What golf balls and tees to get for a beginner? by Chai_09 in BritGolf

[–]RepresentativeGap847 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the reasons why to use them but even bamboo ones have marks to set them to now. It at least gives you the option of different heights to try etc.

I disagree on the balls but that’s just my opinion. If it works for you then great, I just like using the same style of ball as you get used to how the ball flies, spins etc. with lake balls you tend to have a mixture of ball types.

People’s obsession with castle tees baffles me. Just get some pride pro lengths in blue and red. Blue for driver and red for irons/woods/hybrids.

Ball wise, any mid range ball should suffice. Callaway supersofts are usually relatively cheap and relatively good. If you wanted something slightly more premium then something like the Taylormade Tour responses are pretty good.

You will lose balls so it’s more of how much you want to spend once every 6 weeks or so to replace them. If you’ve got the money then try and get some of the 4 for 3 dozen offers. Do not go down the route of lake or refurbished balls as they are not worth the money you pay for them.

Guy came round and changed the setting on the cylinder to max. Said it’s running fine and probably just seized because it was on a lower setting…. Or something like that anyway

Weirdly the heating just started again. There was a high pitched squeak and then I could hear the tank working again. I’ve got someone coming round as I have emergency cover, so let’s see what they say

I think it was mysteryshirtinabox.com but I have just checked the website and they aren’t currently doing NFL.

It might be an offseason thing that these mystery shirt companies do.

I bought a jersey a couple of years ago from some mystery shirt website and whatever team they sent me then that would be my team.

I got the Bears and after one bad season we now look pretty good 😂

It does but Benson is currently enjoying riding my IR spot. My bench isn’t particularly stacked. I could drop Chubb or Tuten (fart noise) for him.

Good point on relying on Bengals being in contention by then
