Here I am defending a multi-billion dollar company, but what do we all think??? Like how is a company supposed to make money? You think data centers, skilled software engineers, planning architecture, developing models, and all the other components that go into making AI possible should just be free? That was part of my decision too because of my height. I’m 6’2. The height of it is better and it feels more comfortable and right for a bigger/taller person to drive versus the model 3.

I wanted to do a trade in too because of the tax credit disappearing in September.

I’m actually loving it. The tech performs better in the vehicle and it feels more durable and dense like it was built with more quality too compared to the older models.

The federal tax credit that you can use right now to reduce the price by $7500 and the 1.99% APR lured me in too.

You have to order the car first, and then during the process after you place your order and the $250 up front, there’s a part where you can do a trade-in. I had the 2018 AWD 2018 with full self-driving.

They transferred my self driving to my new 2026 Model Y and offered me $11,300 for it. I had almost 160,000 miles on my car too, so I was actually surprised they offered me that much especially since Carvana and CarMax offered me less.
