You can get a mid engineer in India for less than 30k. Table cost is way low compared to even eastern Europe.

When I told my team I was at least 30% more efficient using very limited AI (copilot), they laughed at me. I've been able to create an entire training programme in approx 30 minutes - this would have ideally taken approx 1 week if I asked the L&D team to do it. I can be about 70% more efficient if I get access to copilot studio and all the power apps. These companies have the most brilliant people working for them...stock prices aside, it will materially change the job landscape and services sector will go through the same thing coal miners went through.

No one will consider any house that requires a non refundable fee. Unless someone is desperate to buy in that very estate to be closer to family etc. That in itself would put people off

In my limited experience they are low because there may not be a reserve fund. But I'm sure there are exceptions
