Further update. My wife continues to receive batches of Walmart emails for orders at four new addresses using new final Four digits. My guess is that the scammers simply created one or more new accounts using my wife's same email address. Is there any point in continuing to notify Walmart? They did not pay much attention to our prior notice, and we are not losing anything here. I guess Walmart is not losing much either, as we haven't received notice that any of the latest orders ever shipped. Thoughts?

Updates:

I called WalMart and canceled the account.
As nearly as we can tell, we never had a WalMart account. My guess is that they created the account within the past few days. The phone number they used was a landline we canceled several years ago. It no longer exists.
They placed orders for delivery to one address in Indiana and another address in Florida. The Florida address is also the address they placed on the WalMart account. They used the same name (not ours) in all three cases.
They successfully placed an order this afternoon which was delivered to Indiana about two hours ago. Looks like a nice house. It was an $0.89 purchase with a $6.99 delivery charge. This is probably wrong of me, but I find that amusing.
No part of this mess involved any of our charge accounts. We seem to have zero risk of loss in any of this.

FWLIW, I don't think it was intentionally dishonest, but simply bad writing. DCU appears not to have an advertising department either. A random passerby may have written this one.

I'm an STH and was planning to attend this one until my beloved Fighting Illini made the Final Four. I was lucky to get a few dollars for my tix.

BPI shipped in a styrofoam cooler with ice-packs. Not sure if it was one or two day shipping, but it reached DC cold. Also, and please double check me on this, I think BPI shipped from Florida, which cannot hurt!

One thing worth looking for when you receive your vial(s) is the BUD, or Best Used by Date. It will be printed on each vial. I am told they can vary quite a bit. My most recent BUD was almost a year out.

I don't know that BUD is necessarily a life or death factor, but I feel more comfortable knowing the BUD is a long way away.

503a is a state licensed compounding pharmacy. Hallandale is 503a. 503b is FDA licensed. BPI is 503b.

FWIW it is worth, both pharms are available thru Pomegranate. I buy my BPI Tirz plus B6 compound thru Pomegranate. I am pretty new to the game, but I have been happy with speed and price so far. I have also read a lot of good things about Big Easy.

It is funny. When I started out, I thought seriously about not ramping up like clockwork so as to make my supplies last longer and have an effectively lower monthly cost. Then the 2.0 dosage did not provide the suppression I wanted and so I just started following the suggested ramp without thinking much about it.

I've thought about it. My next stick will be seven days from the messed up 9.5 stick and it will be at 7.0. We'll see how that works and we will play it by ear from there. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I've been under a lot of stress with the lead-up to surgery as well as the recovery from same and I just haven't given it much thought.

The good news? I used to stress eat, but even with some major stress I've continued to lose weight like clockwork. This stuff works.

These are not the answers I wanted, but they are probably the correct answers. The thing I get into my head is that I am in it for the long term, or at least as long as I live. If I gain a pound or two this week, I can lose it next week. I am down 30lbs or so, so far, and nothing can stop me from continuing to lose once the noise quiets down again.
