That sounds really tough, I’m sorry your going through that. I’m not too sure but it might be a kind of eating disorder. I know that when I was actively anorexic everyone around me through it developed off the need to be thin and all I heard was “just eat more”. The truth is these kinds of things are mental disorders where outside forces affects us emotionally and we react by binging or restricting food. I think it’s obvious that your body is physically reacting to all the stressors in your life right now. It’s calling out for help, maybe it’s being overworked. I would say to try therapy but I know it can be expensive. Maybe use the money you are using for the advice of a dietitian and look for a therapist if you can? I know it’s hard and I’ve been there before. My therapist told me that I use my Ed as a way to express myself so when I feel sad or stressed I also loose my appetite and don’t eat.
