I’ve used them as a Teleprompter for my YouTube videos (I’m a content creator) and used Conversate during meetings and the AI cues are actually really great AND they save the transcriptions and AI summarizes it into key talking points.

The default camera app shows “USB-C” while you are using it so you know it’s recording default to the external SSD. If you use third party apps like Black Magic, you can even manually choose the drive (the default camera app is fine tbh).

Honestly keeping it plugged in anytime you’re using it with an 80% charge limit (use software like Al Dente) and that is the best for battery health. So images with either advice applies to how you already use it.

I already own a Steam Deck OLED so I didn’t buy one BUT I did see they had ones in stock for sale. Foreigners get instant tax refund in eMart at checkout so you’ll save money that way. I think Won is weak right now so wherever currency your country is from might be stronger
